Labor Day Protests In Houston Area-The Fight Ahead Is Ours

​Here is a list of Labor Day actions in the Houston-region. It is essential we show up for ourselves. These events are volunteer-organized. The people showing up are everyday rank and file Americans who want to live freely. It's clear we are facing dictatorship by oligarchs and white supremacists. We must meet the challenge ahead. 

Monday, 9/1-The next big Houston 50501 protest, 10 AM-2 PM. 

You see the details above. 2800 Post Oak Blvd. is the Water Wall. As you see below, the Houston Democracy Project is one of the sponsors of the rally. You see there are QR codes to learn more. 

Monday, 9/1—We Rise Up will stage Families Over Billionaires Labor Day protest along with a food drive at Conroe City Hall, 9 AM-12 PM. 

Monday, 9/1-Workers Over Billionaires at 9 AM at intersection of West Lake Houston and Kingwood Dr. This is an Indivisible Kingwood event. They get good crowds for these rallies. 

Monday, 9/1--Labor Day Protest hosted by Indivisible Katy Huddle, 5 PM-6 PM, 21010 Katy Freeway.

Parking details-"Holiday Inn Express parking lot. Please don't park in Cheddar's lot, which is closer to the feeder road sidewalk - park away from the hotel entrance but in their parking lot.”

Monday, 9/1-Navasota Labor Day Protest against Trump’s horrible budget bill, 11 AM-1 PM, at 306 E. Washington Ave

Tuesday, 9/2—Week 447 of the John Cornyn Houston Office Protest, 11:30-1 at 5300 Memorial Dr. It is essential people see others like themselves standing openly and confidently for freedom no mater the aggression of the right. There are extra signs or you can bring your own.
