All around the world, there is always money for big sports events and new stadiums. 

Their have been many hopeful protests in Brazil expressing frustration with the money being spent on the 2014 World Cup and the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympics. 

How about the trickle up of investing in the needs, abilities and hopes of everyday people, instead of telling us we will only gain when the most wealthy and connected get the first and largest slice of the pie?
