CHANNEL YOUR ALIENATION IN WAYS THAT WILL PROTECT YOURSELF FROM TRUMP AND THIS HORRIBLE MOMENT---EVERYDAY WE NEED TO THINK ABOUT WAYS TO GET THROUGH THIS

Today and every day before Election Day is a great day to channel your alienation in a sufficiently disciplined manner that you can take part in the system that brought us these troubles with white supremacist, authoritarian Trump and his Republican Party.   

Protest, donate, volunteer, talk to friends and family and vote.

Do it while you still can and this still can be survived. 

And then after we prevail in this fight, we have to reconsider how we consume, work and live in this society. 

The people on both sides of the political aisle that got us here are not going to get us out of this terrible place. Each of us are going to have to lead the way to something better. 

Everyday we need to think our way through all this and find ways to get through this.
