DON'T LET THE OVERSIZED LOAD OF YOUR BURDENS GET IN THE WAY OF YOUR ABILTY TO MOVE FORWARD IN LIFE

Regular readers here know that I often write about metaphor.

Above you see a picture I took a few days ago of a giant vat on an oversized load stuck under a highway overpass here in Houston.

Here are two metaphors you can extract from this situation--- 

1. Always plan your route in life ahead to avoid any surprises. At least to the extent you can. Life is tough.

2. Don't let the oversized load of your burdens in life get in the way of the ability to move forward.
