EIGHTH WONDER OF WORLD HOUSTON ASTRODOME NOW IN A STATE OF DISREPAIR---METAPHOR FOR FLEETING NATURE OF LIFE

Here is a picture of the Houston Astrodome that I took yesterday.

Fifty years ago Billy Graham called the Astrodome the Eighth Wonder of the World.

Today the building is in a measure of disrepair and the Houston Astros are long gone from the Astrodome.     

Everything is fleeting.
