People and organizations screening Democratic candidates for 2018 primary endorsements & folks talking to Democratic candidates on the campaign trail, should ask candidates how they will respond to the threat of authoritarian government.

Elected officials at every level of government--from local government to Members of Congress and Governors--will in 2018 have the obligation to speak and act in defense of the Mueller investigation & will have the obligation to protect the freedom and safety of the people they represent from Trump, the Republican Party and from the millions of Americans who support authoritarian and white supremacist government.
