I VOLUNTEERED FOR A LOCAL SCHOOL BOARD CANDIDATE---BE ABLE TO ACCOUNT FOR YOURSELF AS THE DAYS GET DARKER

I spent some time today volunteering for a school board candidate--Elizabeth Santos---in my community.

Here is why I did it---

1. I feel this person will do a good job on the school board.

2. Our national political and social circumstances with Trump and all this hate are going to get even darker & an infrastructure of action needs to be created and maintained to protect ourselves.

3. Whatever happens, I will be able to account for myself.

There is nothing complicated to say at this point.  You've just got to decide if you are going to fight back and protect yourself or not.
