I'D RATHER HOUSTON/HARRIS COUNTY LOSE EVERY DOLLAR OF STATE AND FEDERAL MONEY THAN HAVE TRUMP/BANNON PROFILING AND STOPPING PEOPLE TO CHECK FOR PAPERS AND BREAK UP FAMILIES

I'd rather Houston and Harris County lose every dollar from the State of Texas and the federal government than have Governor Abbott and white supremacists Bannon/Trump directing whatever law enforcement agencies to profile and stop people on the street to check for papers and then breaking up families.

Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez and Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner  have basically said  the right things so far on not cooperating with the federal government on rounding up immigrants.

I encourage our local officials to stay the course on this matter and I encourage local residents to maintain the pressure on our elected leaders to not give in to the bullying coming from Austin and Washington.
