IF THERE WAS A FOUNDING PLYMOUTH ROCK LEGEND FOR HOUSTON---GIANT INDUSTRIAL SACK IN CHANNELIZED BAYOU

If Houston had a Plymouth Rock type founding myth, it could be envisioned that this giant industrial-sized sack in a channelized bayou could be credibly offered to tourists as our founding spot.

I think I'll start a Houston tour business and make that claim to people.

I'll tell them Sam Houston stored his bottles of whiskey in the sack and that a beautiful channelized bayou was established around the sack and that the entire City of Houston was constructed around this sack.
