Looking To Make Best Use Of My Time---Hard To Always Know What Phase Of The Flight We Are In

It can be an arduous descent (and ascent at the same time), but I want to say less, offer fewer opinions, focus on what I can accomplish & focus on longtime friends. 
I want to make good use of my time.
