MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL APP SCOREBOARD WATCHING NOT SO MUCH DIFFERENT FROM SCOREBOARD WATCHING BEFORE RADIO

Not always near a TV or a radio, I've followed some of the baseball playoffs on the Major League Baseball app on my phone.

You see from the top picture on the left that following on the app involves an animation of a batter taking some pitches, and some basic information about what is taking place.

This reminded me of the old time scoreboards that would be put up in cities for people to follow games before there was radio. You see such a scoreboard in the picture on the bottom left. 

This all falls in the more things change, the more they stay the same category.
