The militarized police response to the woman driving her car erratically and violently in Washington yesterday shows that the police state never shuts down.

When you see a civilian police officer in military camouflage using military tactics in the middle of a city, you're seeing an enemy of the political left, of the political right and of the freedom of everyday people. 

You're seeing an alliance between blue collar people who know they'll never get a better job with more benefits, and the powers that be who respond to money and protecting their own more than they ever look out for regular folks.
