MISGUIDED PERSON WALKS THROUGH BUFFALO BAYOU FLOOD WATERS

I recently  saw the man in the picture I've posted here walk through high Buffalo Bayou flood waters.

He was jogging. He saw the high waters, stopped, took off his shoes and socks & walked across the submerged bridge.

He seemed unconcerned by the prospect of fire ants, snakes or high waters.
