I have many concerns about the low turnout, hyper networked, big donor directed, ethnically divided political climate of Houston.

However, on our city inauguration day, let me please offer peace, kindness, insight and good fortune to Mayor Sylvester Turner as he begins his job as Mayor of our interesting, big, poor & hopeful city of Houston.
