RAILROAD TRACKS NO LONGER USED---NEW WAYS OF CONNECTION SOMETIMES ARE NEEDED

Here are some railroad tracks I saw in Houston a few days ago.

When normal and traditional channels of connection fall into disuse, they become inoperative and you have to look for a new way to go.
