Texas City Dike Is A Great Place To Take A Walk---Finding Places To Think Is Up To Each Of Us

I took this picture today while taking a Christmas Eve Day walk on the Texas City Dike. 

Many people go fishing on the Texas City Dike, but all I wanted was a walk.

You can take a nice long walk at this place. 

On a chilly Christmas Eve Day, this was a quiet space where you could get some thinking done. 

There was space enough on this peaceful day to take you imagination and your thoughts along with you on your walk. 

Though any place is the right place to think things out.

There are places all around us where we can walk, think, imagine something better & consider ways to offer resistance to a corrupt culture.   

The work of finding balance in our lives and insisting on better lives for ourselves and others is up to each of us.
