The cuts to Meals on Wheels in the Trump budget are a turn-on of self-mutilation and cruelty.

They are meant to rally the base.

The calls from citizens will come to Congress and the program will likely be saved.

But the word will be out that it is okay for eveybody to be a target.

Fun even as the "social justice warriors" whine and moan.

The Meals on Wheels cuts are not about public policy.

They are meant as porn for a rape culture and a culture of white supremacy.
