WILDFIRE PREVENTION TIPS---STOP DOING DUMB THINGS OUT IN THE WOODS

Every so often the Houston/Galveston National Weather Service posts the above guidelines of preventing wildfires.

What always strikes me about this list is how most of things on the list are simply about not doing dumb assed things.

Don't toss your cigarette out the car window. Be sure to put out your campfire. Keep your eye on your grill.

If we would all just take a bit more care with everyday life many things would be more safe and a lot nicer. 

It's really not that difficult.
