would support of second AMENDMENT rights at texas bank extend to first amendment right of free speech as well?

Here is a sign I saw recently in the window of a bank in rural Texas.

The bank has every right to post this notice. 

I just wonder how protective of my First Amendment rights this establishment would be if I walked in and made a speech about how our nation's economic structure is rigged for the good of the rich at the expense of everyday people. 

I wager that if I made such remarks at this bank, that armed police would be called and the threat of arrest and force would make clear that some parts of the Constitution are valued more highly than others.
