Texas Grassroots Alliance Livestream Keeps You Informed On Texas Activists!

​The Houston Democracy Project has been part of a series of broadcasts called Texas Grassroots Alliance Live. The goal is to feature and promote grassroots organizers across the state & to create networks of autonomy, collaboration, action, ideas and self-protection. We have to do these things ourselves.  

All the shows we've done can be found on the TGA YouTube page. We are adding more shows all the time. We are doing two to three shows each week. The live shows are on the Texas Grassroots Alliance pages on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram & YouTube. 

​I've been working on the show with Alex Montalvo who is with Tarrant4Change among other efforts. Above you see Alex and myself in our fancy home studios. Alex does pretty much all of the technical work to make it happen.     

Here is the show we did today. Alex discussed the far right-wing people running Tarrant County government and the need for prominent Democrats to speak up, & I talked about the recent success the John Cornyn Houston Office Protest had in getting a conviction in a Houston City Court of a man who threw eggs at our protest team.
